Mastermind - career boost for women- real must opportunity
BS”D
Free career development opportunity- for women this time.
In January, in memory of my Mother – Enid Nafte (Nee Goldmann) Z”L and Daughter Tammy Damelin, Z”L, who have their Yorzeit dates 3 weeks apart around this time, I will be starting a mastermind career accelerator group coaching.
It will be free for 10 people who commit to 6 months of participation, so that everyone will see results
I expect a commitment to meet online/in person with the other members of the group every 2 weeks- the time will probably be Monday morning or evening.
There will be a commitment to produce results, and a commitment to contribute to the other members of the group in terms of brainstorming, and other feedback and ideas
There will be a commitment on my part to stay focused on the needs and obstacles of the group and to teach and guide each member past their obstacles to their goals, both in the group sessions and in private coaching once every second week.
Please put this out in the website wherever you think it would be the best place to put it. It doesn’t matter what the business is, or whether it is full time or part time, or if it is at the idea stage presently rather than being implemented
What they will get:
A commitment from 10 other people to their success
A series of coaching meetings
From these they will find their personal goal and action plans
A series of breakthrough achievements
A great and fun learning experience that will make their success happen faster than they would imagine they can do on their own.
And THIS TIME ONLY: in the merit of my Mom and my Daughter, it is FREE! For the first 10 who commit. I have a few on board already, so this is an opportunity that is closing up fast.
But why would I honor my Daughter and Mom this way in particular?
A year ago, we had a family meeting about how to honor them . My family wanted to do something to help people. The best way to help people (who are not sick and disabled- I do a lot of that already in my work almost every day of my life) – is to coach them to reach their goals. Truly, this has been a goal of mine since the age of 23 when I decided to enter medical school. An award winning writer, Mrs Zwi, (South African) had a conversation with me in her Johannesburg home about going to Medical School at that late age to become a psychiatrist- with the intention to find out how to help people to achieve what is good in life. I was watching regular people lose themselves in drugs and addictions all around me. It broke my heart. I was nervous about going back to school for 6 years again, because I was already a professional, and it seemed like a big waste of time.
She asked me: How old will you be in 6 years time? – 29 years.
Then she said, would you rather be 29 years and qualified in medicine or 29 and remain as a Pharmacist?
That clinched it- I wanted to help people to be well, and I believed that University would do it, in Medicine and Psychiatry.
I have no regrets for doing it, it was a 12 year commitment of hard work and low pay, but my goal of helping people certainly was met. Only I wanted to help normal people too.
Had I known then what I know now, I would have studied Torah Psychology and learned to help people that way. This only happened once I was qualified as a Psychiatrist, so now, I have many facets of how to go about things for different people.
People participating in the mastermind will be fulfilling my dream and theirs’ also.
So please consider promoting this and helping me promote it for the good of all.
I would like prospective participants to attend a pre-registration meeting, which will be announced In the beginning of January. People wishing to attend should e-mail me at Haredimom@gmail.com, with their cv and preferred time of day to meet.
Thanks very much, I hope that people will take advantage of this superb opportunity to get a real powerboost in whatever they are undertaking
MASTERMIND IS AN EXCLUSIVE PROGRAM and all candidates will be screened before being admitted. Candidates will attend two meetings live before being approved to join. This is to ensure a good “fit” with the other participants.
